What does SIORAI mean?
SIORAI (pronounced sigh-oh-rai) is the Irish word for “eternal.” It reflects our belief in timeless design and dressing with intention — beyond seasons or trends.

Every piece is proudly crafted in India by skilled artisans, using traditional techniques interpreted through a modern lens.

Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order?
Just explore our collections, select your piece, choose your size, and check out securely. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets. For international orders, global card payments are supported. We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can’t be modified once placed. Cancellations are allowed by emailing us at contact@wearsiorai.com. Once shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and timelines will vary by location and are visible at checkout.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days. Domestic deliveries take 4–7 business days; international orders may take 10–15 business days.
How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS to follow your order’s journey.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
We do not offer returns. Each piece is made and packed with care, and we encourage mindful purchases.
Can I exchange my piece if the size doesn’t fit?
Yes, we offer exchanges for the same product in a different size or for another product of equal value, subject to availability. Exchange requests must be made within 15 days of delivery.
How do I request an exchange?
Write to us at contact@wearsiorai.com with your order number and request. Please ensure the item is unworn, unused, and returned with all original tags.

Will the product look exactly like the images?
Minor variations in colour may occur due to screen settings or the handcrafted nature of our garments.
