Shipping & Delivery
- We ship both domestically and internationally.
- Shipping charges are shown at checkout based on your location.
- Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days after placement.
- Domestic delivery: Estimated to take 4–7 business days.
- International delivery: Estimated to take 10–15 business days.
- Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email or SMS to monitor its progress.
At Siorai, we take great care in ensuring quality and satisfaction with every order. As a small, thoughtfully made brand, we currently do not offer returns. However, we do offer exchanges.
No Returns & No Refund
Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any orders.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only for the same product in a different size, or another product of the same value. If you wish to exchange your item, please ensure the following:
- The exchange request is made within 15 days of receiving the order.
- The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.
- Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested size or item.
- Once approved, the product will be redelivered within 5–10 working days.
Shipping charges for sending the item back will need to be borne by the customer. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will initiate the exchange process.

- Customized or made-to-order pieces
- Sale or discounted items
- Accessories (if applicable)
