At Siorai, we do not accept returns as each piece is made thoughtfully and in limited quantities. However, we do offer exchanges for a different size or another product of the same value. Exchange requests must be made within 15 days of receiving your order, and the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, and exchanges are subject to availability. Please note, we do not offer exchanges on customized, sale items, or accessories.
